Free access for children under 12 years when accompanied by an adult
- All tickets can be purchased either at EURO MINERAL (4 ticket counters), or at EURO-GEM (2 ticket counters) during the whole exhibition, from 8:30a.m. to 6:30p.m.
- A single ticket provides access to both Euro Mineral and Euro Gem.

- Tourist Information/Hotel Reservations: Tourist Office opposite the theatre: Tel: 03 89 58 80 50, Fax: 03 89 58 67 92
- Self-service restaurant: from 11:00a.m. to 3:00p.m. at the center of the exhibition (300m² tent) behind the pool.
- Several refreshment stands and on both sites
- Daycare for children under 12 years: open from 9:00a.m. to 7:00p.m. in the "de Lattre" school at Euro-mineral (no charge)
- Red Cross Medical assistance: in the square to the right of the theatre,(EURO-MINERAL) and next to the PJ ticket counter (EURO-GEM)
- Washrooms: EURO-MINERAL - in the square opposite the fountain, Theatre, sector CJ, sector CV, sector CE, high school basement, gymnasium, "Maison des Société" building, swimming pool,
- Washrooms: EURO-GEM in the hall ("Salle Polyvalente"), near the PJ entrance, and in several of the parking lots.
- Card-operated pay phones: in PR, next to the washrooms
- Bank machines: 5 downtown (see map)
- Administration, lost and found, technical support, fire brigade, security, the press: inside, and to the left, of the theatre
entrance for EURO-MINERAL and at the information desk in the hall ("Salle Polyvalente") for EURO-GEM

| Access for people with reduced mobility
|
All areas, except the first floor and the stage in the theatre, as well as the high school, are wheelchair-accessible.
Parking: 15 free spaces are reserved in Jules Simon Park
Washrooms:
- EURO-MINERAL: right-hand entrance of the theatre, gymnasium and VAL EXPO near the emergency exit VE2
- EURO-GEM: "Salle Polyvalente"

€2.50 of parking fees will be applied for each vehicle.
Visitors will be directed to the most suitable parking lot and shuttled to the exhibition sites (see map for shuttle route).
A free tourist train, the "GEM EXPRESS" will act as a shuttle between EURO-MINERAL and EURO-GEM.
