BENITOITE & NEPTUNITE
Benitoite Gem Mine, San Benito County, California, U.S.A
This specimen is a thumbnail sized rock consisting of two perfect triply terminated benitoite crystals with a doubly terminated neptunite stuck between the two. The largest benitoite crystal is 1.2 cm across. This rock is the favorite of all the specimens I have due to its exceptional aesthetics.
