Click on picture to close the window Kevin Brown has been an active collector of minerals for more than twenty years. He is active in both mineral shows and collecting in the field. His collection has evolved over the years and he now concentrates on minerals from the USA. Kevin prides himself on collecting minerals which are of fine quality along with being colorful and unique. The son of an artist and ad exec., Kevin was exposed to minerals and fossils at the age of 4. He started collecting fossils, the only thing available in northern Ohio. His love and passion for minerals really took off in high school, when his science teacher showed him a mineral collection. Further involvement in mineral clubs at college along with his geology classes, helped him develop his current passion of minerals.
